Terms & Condition

This agreement is made between VisitMyCity.Travel, here in after referred to as the "Platform," and the property owner, hereinafter referred to as the "Partner."

1. Scope of Services
  • The Platform will list the Partner's property on VisitMyCity.Travel to provide visibility to international travelers.
  • The Platform will manage bookings made through the website and provide necessary support services.
2. Partner Obligations
  • The Partner agrees to provide accurate property details, pricing, and availability information.
  • The Partner will honor all confirmed bookings and ensure guests receive the agreed-upon services.
  • The Partner will comply with local laws, including tax and licensing requirements.
3. Commission Structure
  • The Standard Commission is set at 12% per booking.
  • The Preferred Partner Commission is set at 15% per booking, with enhanced visibility and exclusive benefits.
  • Commissions will be deducted automatically from each booking processed via the Platform.
4. Payment Terms
  • Guests will pay directly at the property, and the Platform will invoice the Partner for commissions owed at the end of each month.
  • Payments must be settled within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
5. Liability
  • The Partner is responsible for maintaining the property and ensuring the safety of guests.
  • The Platform is not liable for damages, theft, or disputes arising between the Partner and guests.
6. Termination
  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
  • In the event of termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
7. Governing Law
  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operates.
